The Country Lodge is currently being refurbished and is planned to reopen Summer 2026 Though kindly note that it will no longer be a pub or a restaurant.

Instead we have exciting plans for an events venue and holiday let for large groups of up to 24 guests.

We plan to host weddings and special event, Milestone Birthday or simple rent for a gathering for a group of 24,  who would all like to stay in the same house, in a beautiful setting.

We hope you will be as excited as we are about this new venture, which will save this beautiful old building from going into ruin, or worse still being sold to developers!!
