Finally....  The Plough Country Lodge is almost finished its refurbishment programme  and is planned to reopen Summer 2026.

On occasions it will be closed to the public for exclusive / private events such as weddings and special event, Milestone Birthday with accommodation for up to 24 guests (optional).

However we do also  plan to open to the public for a variety of events  and would welcome any reasonable suggestions as to what you might like to see at  your local establishment, which we know  has been part of the  community for very many years.

We can't promise to bring back Sheep auctions or Pig sales but are open to new  ideas!!

So far we have had ideas of coffee mornings for dementia suffers and friends.

Somewhere elderly people might meet for coffee and a chat

Bouncy Castle Inflatable days  run during  the school holidays.

But we want your ideas too....
